This Privacy Policy explains how the unrot app ("the App", "we") collects, uses, and protects your information. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

Information we collect

• Account details: When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your name, email address, and user ID.
• Progress data: Your clean-day streak, points (XP), achievements, and in-app settings.
• Basic usage data: Anonymous information about how the App is used, to improve the product.

Data stored only on your device

The personal promise video you record is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to or stored on our servers.

How we use your information

• To let you sign in and save your progress.
• To display your streak, achievements, and personal data.
• To improve the App and the user experience.

Third-party services

We use Google Firebase (authentication, database, and analytics) to provide the service. Use is also subject to Google's Privacy Policy. We do not sell your information to third parties.

Data retention & deletion

Your data is kept while your account is active. You can delete your account and all data at any time from within the App (Settings → Delete Account) or via the account deletion page. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

Children's privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
